The beachfront private villa Alma Rosa embraces the bohemian chic of Tulum. Located in an exclusive area of Jade Beach on the Mayan Riviera, this upscale home is exceptionally spacious, boasting 4,000 square feet of luxurious beachfront living. The four luxury suites with ensuite baths, each have a terrace and amazing ocean views.
Villa Alma Rosa was designed for a French artist and her family. The villa embraces the serenity of the ocean, nature and beach; combining stunning architecture, vibrant luxurious furnishings and beautiful art.
The spacious open-plan first floor is always bright and airy. Slide open the doors to the terrace, let the Caribbean breeze in and extend the living and dining areas to the outside patio and pool. The large sofas in the living room invite you to sink into their comfortable cushions and relax. The indoor and outdoor dining tables have seating for 12. The gourmet kitchen will please the most discerning of chefs!
The saltwater swimming pool (may be heated on request) is perfect for swimming laps or you may choose to relax poolside in a hammock under the pergola. Chaise lounges flank the swimming pool. The pool area has an outdoor shower and seating area. Alma Rosa has direct beach access, with kayaks and snorkeling equipment for guests use.
The stairway with waterfall feature leads to the upper hallway with futon sofa bed and large flat screen TV. There are three upstairs bedrooms each with king-size beds, a day bed, terrace and ocean views.

The villa concierge will great you and be of assistance during your stay. Should you wish to have chef or butler service, relaxing massages to the sound of lapping waves, sound healing, facials, yoga, Mayan Ceremony the concierge can arrange this for you. Enjoy!
