Villa Description
Casa Cenote is a unique and beautiful 5 bedroom Tulum style home located in the private gated community of Puerto Aventuras. Just steps away from the beautiful and tranquil Marina, Casa Cenote is also located on the 3rd hole of the 9 hole golf course. The Puerto Aventuras beach and Marina is walking distance from the villa. Here you will find restaurants, boutiques, scuba diving, fishing, Catamaran experiences, tennis and more.
The villa receives its name after the freshwater cenote (Mayan word for sink hole) feature in the grounds. Beneath the villa is an intricate fresh water system. The villa interior has Tulum styling inspiration with beautiful furnishings, macrame pieces and architectural style. Several rooms have Chukum Walls, an ancient Mayan technique which uses ecological materials.
Featuring 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, Casa Cenote can sleep comfortably 12 guests. Two bedrooms are located on the ground level, each with their own bathroom and 3 of the remaining bedrooms located on the upper level, the Master Suite having it’s own en-suite master bathroom, and the other 2 bedrooms sharing a bathroom.
Casa Cenote has wonderful exterior common areas which feature a breezy rooftop terrace, with jacuzzi and bar overlooking the marina and jungle. There is a palapa area for more lounging or more collective group activities such as yoga and meditation or spa services. On the ground level is the swimming pool (perfect for laps), here you will also be able to enjoy blissful relaxation by day or evening BBQ’s with get togethers around a fire pit.
