The fully staffed Hacienda del Mar is a unique beachfront hacienda style vacation villa in the Riviera Maya. The villa boasts over 16,000 sq ft of pure luxury and is offered exclusively to guests with 7 to 15 suites.
Hacienda Del Mar is perfect for family vacations, destination weddings, events and corporate retreats. For larger groups, Hacienda Del Mar may also be rented alongside Hacienda Corazon (10 BR) or Hacienda Magica (14 BR) next door.
As you enter through the doors of this magnificent residence you will be transported into another world. The Hacienda Del Mar courtyard is adorned with Mexican trinkets, cacti and artwork all inspiring a true Mexican style. Leading from this area are 4 guest suites with full bath and air conditioning. Walking into the open plan living and dining room, you will be mesmerized by the amazing views that greet you of the Puerto Aventuras beach. The heated swimming pool overlooks the blue Caribbean ocean.
Upstairs there are 3 fabulous oceanfront suites with a walk out to a huge terrace that stretches the entire width of the property. Enjoy an oceanfront massage, a cocktail by the pool or just relax in luxurious surroundings. There are 7 bedrooms in the main villa and two casitas (little houses) in the grounds (one with 4 bedrooms and one with 3 bedrooms plus den).

We held our wedding at Hacienda Del Mar and Hacienda Corazon, hosted by UNO Retreats and it was AMAZING. We thought we could ‘wing it’ without a wedding planner but Marina from Uno was incredibly helpful and we would not have been able to do it without her. The villas look just like the photos and the staff there… so kind and helpful. We had several people book to stay at the villas later in the year because they had such a good time. Can’t wait to go back!

We cannot say how much we enjoyed our stay and wedding at Hacienda Del Mar and Hacienda Corazon by UNO Retreats. Marina at UNO worked closely with us to ensure absolutely every detail was perfect and exactly what we wanted. She was communicative, forthright about planning aspects, always available, and just the most wonderful human being to work with. Our wedding was stunning. The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and prepared amazing food. Our guests were blown away.
